Minerva Software Technologies was founded in Frisco, Texas in 2020. Here's what we believe and how we work.
Most technology projects don't fail for lack of tools. They fail because the wrong skills were aimed at the right problem, or the right skills arrived too late. We started Minerva to fix that mismatch — one placement, one project at a time.
The name comes from the Roman goddess of wisdom. It's a high bar, and we like it that way: it reminds us that experience, not enthusiasm, is what clients are actually paying for.
Today we consult for large and mid-sized companies, place experienced technology professionals, build software across the full development lifecycle, and train people entering the field. We've stayed deliberately small, because small is what keeps the quality bar where we want it.
