About

A small firm, on purpose.

Minerva Software Technologies was founded in Frisco, Texas in 2020. Here's what we believe and how we work.

Most technology projects don't fail for lack of tools. They fail because the wrong skills were aimed at the right problem, or the right skills arrived too late. We started Minerva to fix that mismatch — one placement, one project at a time.

The name comes from the Roman goddess of wisdom. It's a high bar, and we like it that way: it reminds us that experience, not enthusiasm, is what clients are actually paying for.

Today we design, build, and market software — web and mobile applications, AI and machine-learning systems, data platforms, chatbots, and AI-produced video — for startups, mid-sized companies, and enterprises. We also consult, place experienced technology professionals, and train people entering the field. We've stayed deliberately small, because small is what keeps the quality bar where we want it.

Who we help: teams that need a technology partner rather than a vendor — founders turning an idea into a live product, companies modernizing what they already run, and leaders who want AI to change an outcome, not just appear on a roadmap.

Why design, build, and market under one roof: most firms do one. A product designed by people who will never ship it, built by people who will never market it, tends to fail at the handoffs. We connect the three — and we staff and train the people who keep it running afterwards.

Direction

What we're here to do

Mission

Put experienced technology people next to real problems — as consultants, builders, recruiters, and teachers.

Vision

To be the firm growing companies call first when technology has to work — and the place professionals come to grow.

Principles

How we work

Fit beats headcount

One right person outperforms a bigger team. We staff for fit and say no when we don't have it.

Plain answers

Honest scoping, clear status, and bad news early. If we can't explain it simply, we keep working until we can.

Full-lifecycle thinking

Code that can't be deployed, supported, and handed over isn't finished. We build so you're never dependent on us.

Teach as we go

Every engagement should leave your team more capable than we found it. Training isn't a side business — it's the point.
