What happens after I pay for a package?
You get a receipt immediately and a kickoff email within one business day with a short intake form and a call booking link. Work starts at the kickoff call.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
Most don't fit perfectly — packages are starting points. Book a discovery call and we'll scope it properly and quote in writing. Discovery Sprint fees are credited toward any build.
Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount?
Yes, where a deposit option is shown. The deposit reserves your start date and is credited to your first invoice; the balance is billed at agreed milestones.
What happens if scope changes mid-project?
We flag it the sprint it appears, estimate the impact, and you decide. Nothing gets billed that you didn't approve.
Who owns the work?
You do. Code, designs, and accounts are yours from day one.
Do you offer guarantees?
We guarantee transparency: clear scope, weekly visibility, and the right to stop at any milestone. We don't promise outcomes nobody can control.
