About

An engineering-led software company.

Minerva Software Technologies is based in Frisco, Texas. We help teams turn product ideas, AI initiatives and data problems into systems that can run reliably in production.

Who we are

Wisdom over hype

Minerva was founded in Frisco, Texas in 2022 and named for the Roman goddess of wisdom. The name is a standard we hold ourselves to: think before building, measure before claiming, and document what we make.

We are a deliberately small, senior team. The people who make architectural decisions on your project are the same people reviewing the code and watching the deploy — there is no hand-off to a bench you never met.

We build in three practices — Product Engineering, AI Engineering and Data Engineering — and we treat production readiness as part of every build: architecture before complexity, clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and clean handover.

Engineering principles

How we work

Architecture before acceleration

AI-assisted development can speed implementation, but system boundaries, data flows and operational responsibilities must be understood first.

Production is part of the build

Testing, security, deployment, observability, recovery and handover are part of delivery — not optional follow-up.

Plain answers

We communicate scope, risks and bad news early. No jargon used to hide uncertainty.

Own the outcome

We measure progress by working software and business capability, not hours or presentation decks.

Leave systems understandable

We document architecture and decisions so clients are not dependent on Minerva to operate what we build.

Teach as we go

Every engagement should leave your team more capable than we found it — documented, explained, and handed over properly.

Where we work

Frisco, Texas — and where we can deliver

We work with startups and growing businesses, primarily across the U.S. Engagements begin with a short discovery call, and we take on work only where we can deliver effectively.
