Minerva Software Technologies, LLC ("Minerva", "we") operates minervasoft.org. This policy describes what information we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact and support messages. When you submit the contact form or reply to a support ticket, we receive the information you provide (such as name, email, company and your message). We use it to respond to you and to maintain a record of the conversation.

Assistant conversations. Messages you send to our website assistant are processed to generate a reply and are logged (with limited retention) for quality and abuse prevention. Please do not share sensitive personal information with the assistant.

Analytics. We use self-hosted, first-party, privacy-conscious analytics (Umami) to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

Payments. If you pay an invoice online, payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, provide services, operate and secure the website, and meet legal obligations. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the site (such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing) and never sell it.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@minervasoft.org.
